When calling to book my first appointment for my puppy, they took time to ask how she was doing so far and offered to answer any questions I may have ahead of my appointment. During the puppy check up, Dr Lofsky took lots of time to walk me through the different resources online, taught Pickles a new obedience trick and built a great rapport with myself and Pickles.
