If we’re unavailable for non-emergencies, try our telemedicine service by visiting https://smartvet.ca/login. The telemedicine consult is $135 and $30 for a written prescription if needed. Twenty dollars will be refunded if your pet needs an in-person veterinary visit.
Once your Smart.Vet account is created you can request a phone or video call. A veterinarian will contact you as soon as they’re available, watch for a call from 289-768-8784. In the meantime, to better understand your pet’s problem, you can add additional notes, images, and videos to the consultation notes. If you have any issues during scheduling, you can send an email to care@smartvet.ca
